What RPEQ registration means

RPEQ, Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland, is a statutory registration with the Board of Professional Engineers of Queensland. It is not the same thing as membership of a professional association. Under the Professional Engineers Act 2002 (Qld), only an RPEQ, or someone directly supervised by one, may carry out a professional engineering service in Queensland. A drawing described as "RPEQ certified" has been certified by a currently registered RPEQ; the engineer themselves is "RPEQ registered."

Any RPEng (Professionals Australia) membership held is a separate, non-statutory credential, and is never presented as equivalent to RPEQ registration. [CONFIRM B3 — keep as a secondary line or drop]

No turnaround time is stated on this page until a real figure exists to commit to — the old site's "Fast turnaround" tag is not carried across[CONFIRM: a stated SLA for certification turnaround is not currently in business-facts.md or gaps.md; flag as a new open question if the client wants one published].

Project experience

Design reviews on rail and infrastructure

Constructability and compliance reviews across rolling stock and tunnel projects.[CONFIRM D1, D4 — naming permission]

Safety documentation packages

Hazard logs, FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis and rail operator safety-management compliance documents accepted by operators.[CONFIRM: the old site used both "SEMS" and "QR Safety Management Standards" for what may be the same deliverable on the same project — this page does not use either acronym until the client confirms which, if either, is correct]

Send the drawings, the site constraints or just the problem. You'll get an engineer's answer, not a brochure.
